Family Friday

I posted earlier today but I still want to do Family Friday to let you all know how things are going.

I'll start with mom and dad. They are doing good. They may have a renter for their rental. We should know by the end of the week end. Their challenge this week is the kittens again! Jack has now learned how to turn the bedroom light on. So in the middle of the night Jack turns the light on. Dad gets up turns the lights off and Jack turns it right back on. It makes for some long nights.

Amanda has a hard semester at college this time. It is filled with lots of work. She is so looking forward to this week end and extra time to sleep and catch up on studies.

Haven't heard from our son since he went back to school, but I'm sure he is having a hard time adjusting too.

My high light of the week is I can now use my toaster by myself. I know if you are fairly new to my blog you are shaking your head in confusion. I am not good in a kitchen. So as of today I used my toaster with success and no one was home to help me. I am so happy.

Hubby is so happy the tree is gone. His niece had a baby boy Sunday. That makes him great. A great Uncle. I always knew he was great.

Nikki and Steve are both doing well. They have everything ready for baby now. OH I am getting so excited. Less than a month now.
