Rejoice

God is so good. I had a peace about me today. I felt calm and even though I didn't know what direction to turn at times it didn't bother me. Yes God's strength and power are surrounding me. Thank you Father. I still am in awe that I even found 30 minutes to read today.

Here is my update for Family and Friends:
Went to see Dad; He is doing OK. There is just nothing for them to do. His heart is so weak it can't work hard enough to get the fluid out of his legs. He also has some eye problems that goes along with being diabetic. He is needing oxygen more and more now.

After leaving Dad's room I headed to my sister's room. Don't know why so far she called me 9 times today. Was there just a few minutes. She has had no food since Saturday night and the IV stuff she isn't keeping down either. They say she can't even have water. Although she told dad maybe tomorrow she can have a liquid diet. Dad said she isn't missing anything. They let my sister walk up a floor with her IV to visit Dad once a day.

All day long the following song from my childhood I keep hearing over and over again. I don't know all the words just a few

Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice
Rejoice Rejoice.

Those times of peace remind us that our God is near.
I am glad you are FEELING Him show Himself strong on your behalf.
Remember to take some time for yourself when you can.
I will keep praying.
Diabetes can cause such problems--Paw Paw had this too.
