Roller Coster Ride.

Roller coaster ride. That is what today felt like. Today I had off of all childcare. Hubby and I started out by going to breakfast. When we got back I called my sister's hospital room because I could reach mom for my morning check in. I found out Dad called her early and said get here right away today is the day I'm dying. I called Dad and he was moaning so I spoke with Mom and she said he is worst today and now his Kidneys are failing but she didn't think today was the day.

So Hubby and I went to Pocono Raceway. About an hour away. For Christmas I had gotten hubby the NASCAR drivers experience. Today was his day to go for a ride. Hubby had so much fun. I'll post pictures when I get them off the camera.

We got home and I called my sister again. This time I find out she is now home recovering. Then we head to the hospital. Dad slept most of the time but knows his time is near and is ready for it. He looked bad. I got the feeling from the nurses they agree.

After we left there we had to go to Mom and Dad's house hubby had to mow. We were there over 2 hours. Mom came home. She is in denial that the end is near at least when she in her home. She keeps talking about when Dad comes home she has to .......... Please be praying for Mom.

Lastly tonight I spent time with family.

So as I look my day over I had fun breakfast (up the track) then the news of Dad (down the track) then the NASCAR thing ( back up the track) Then visit with Dad (back down) Family time (back up).

Yesterday I heard a song on the radio I just loved. I was looking for a link as I wanted to dedicate it to all of my blogger friends who are praying right now. I have not found a link and that may be because if I am right it is an older song. The Song is Prayer Warrior by Heirloom.
Thank you for your prayers.

I wish I could be there to give you a great big hug my friend, but I am sending you a heart to heart hug. You remain very much in my prayers, and your mom and dad of course. I love you.

I take care of my Mom 88 and my Dad 90 and I cannot imagine what the other will do when one of them goes home to be with the Lord...... but for now we will just pray for your little Dad.....
