Fred & Wil

Two years ago my daughter got me a great birthday gift. Two kittens. When we chose these two kittens from a litter at my cousins house we thought we were getting a male and female named Fred and Wilma. Well Wilma turned out to be Wil. These two kittens who are brothers are so very different.

Fred is the larger of the two and short hair. He loves paper bags, bread ties and ribbons. He gives hugs (yes I hold him and he wraps his paws around my neck.) He won't sit long to get his nail clipped and is lazy and well behaved. His favorite toy is black.

Now Wil is smaller and long hair. He is very active. He loves, plastic bags, rubber band, and balls. He doesn't like to be held but sit near you. He loves to get his nails clipped. He seems to always find trouble. His favorite toy is white.

I love both the cats and just enjoy watching them whether they are good or bad I still love my cats.

This helps to explain how God loves us all the same. He created each of us different, even when we have the same parents. He loves us no matter what our personality is like. He loves us whether we want to be close to him or just an observer. He loves us good or bad, black or white.

Brings to mind a song I still enjoy singing.

Jesus loves the little children
All the children of the world
Black and yellow, red and white
They're all precious in His sight
Jesus loves the little children of the world

Whether you're rich or whether you're poor
It matters not to Him
He remembers where you're going
Not where you've been

Refrain:

If your heart is troubled
Don't worry, don't you fret
He knows that you have heard His call
And he won't forget

Refrain:

All around the world tonight
His children rest assured
That He will watch and He will keep us
Safe and secure

Refrain:
