I found if I plan out my week for things to be completed then break then down into days, I can usually complete most of them. When I start my day I review my list of what I must get done and start there. Anything else off the list that gets completed is a bonus.
But what about those interruptions. You know that phone call, unexpected guess, sick child, what does that do you my day. I read a something Elizabeth George wrote that got me to thinking. She wrote "We don't need to worry about interruptions because they are one way God reveals His will for our day." Wow, I never thought of those interruptions as being from God. Some times they are big interruptions that send me into a spin or a worry. But wait, God sent them so I don't need to worry, just take one step at a time. Claim God's power and strength and I can get through them. What a great way to think of them.
I'm glad God is on my side. Did you ever think about how people get through hard times when they don't know God. Well that thought is for another day. I'm going back to reading.

That is a good thought.
I guess it is like Him writing..SCHEDULE CHANGE! right across our list.
You are right....it is not a bad thing. Who know what He has us avoiding by sending us in a different direction.
Let's see what He has planned for us today. :)
