Family Friday

To me the Christmas Holiday ends this week end. You see the college break is now over.

Our son went back to Liberty in VA last night. That will mean my food bill will go down. It also means no more worrying about getting parked in. But I will miss not seeing him every day. I pray he has a great spring semester.

That also means Amanda goes back to college on Monday. She commutes so morning will be a rush to stay out of each others way again. She and Hubby went out to breakfast on Wed. Hubby said she never stopped talking the whole time. He really enjoyed it. I pray she too has a good spring semester and safe travel each day.

Hubby is back to working out each day. He comes home from work, eats lunch, waits about an hour and heads downstairs to work out. Sounds like fun.

I am doing my indoor walking routine. I am down 2lbs this week! I know it is mostly water. But I am working at it. I'm at home tonight that isn't the case most nights. It seems there is always somewhere to go. I just want to chill at home more right now at night.

Nikki and Steve are doing great. We made the trip to visit them Sunday. Hubby did some work on Steve's truck. We then took them out to dinner.

Not much else going on but then I think that is enough.

I am like you -- I love just chilling at home. I could stay home every night of the week and enjoy it. But, it does seem like there's always somewhere to go.

This brought back the memory's of Karen and Kelly being at college!! You are right Christmas is over when the Kids go back!! I hope all goes good for them, too!

Glad to read your update. That's great about the 2 lb. loss. What program do you use? I have Walk Away the Pounds and have been using it.

I use to use walk away the pound but only have it on VHS. We now have DVD so can't use any of them. I just walk fast pace around in circles in my house for 1/2 and drink 48 oz of water a day.
